Seniors planning to present on 高级项目日（SPD）, must complete a 预订表单 to ensure they are added to the SPD schedule. An advisor approved 标题 and 摘要 are required, and will be collected when completing the 预订表单. 在提交此表格后，您的Capstone顾问将自动通知您的演示细节。
注意: If you are a 双学位 and plan to make two separate presentations on 长者计划日, you will be required to complete this form twice, once for each major.
