作为一名编辑与出版辅修专业的学生，你将通过媒体艺术、文学、创意写作、商业和艺术等多学科课程来培养你的编辑技能。 You can gain practical experience by working on student-run 出版物 such as 丝绸之路评论, the bi-annual literary arts magazine, the 太平洋指数 newspaper, as well on internal 出版物 such as 太平洋肖像 and 《大学生杂志》太平洋文学。

You’ll also have the opportunity to gain experience through on- and off-campus internships with Pacific's 文学硕士, Literary Arts, the Oregon Book Awards, and others. 编辑和出版未成年人也有机会与波特兰地区的主要编辑和出版商互动，通过波特兰图书节和作家与写作计划协会等会议，以及由该协会主办的圆桌会议 访问作家系列。
