Professional guidelines for museums and archives recommend that formal standards for 听 be created and maintained by collecting institutions. This policy provides: standards for considering materials for 听; the authorities and restrictions on making 听 decisions; and the valid means of disposal or transfer of 出售的收藏品 materials.
